Kimi Raikkonen will start the Belgian Grand Prix from 16th position on the grid after being forced to take a penalty for a gearbox change overnight. The Finn ground to a halt at the start of Q2 during qualifying before setting a time, leaving the Ferrari driver 14th position on the grid.
