Kimi Raikkonen has added his name to the ever-growing list of drivers hit with penalties for the Belgian Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver qualified 14th for the grand prix as he was not able to set a time in Q2 as his SF15-T lost power. His woes continued on Sunday as news broke that he would also be handed a grid penalty due to a gearbox change. There is some good news, though. Even though the penalty is a five-place grid drop, Raikkonen will only lose two places due to penalties applied to other cars behind him. He will start P16.
