Max Verstappen has praised the pace of his Toro Rosso car after recovering from the back of the grid to finish the Belgian Grand Prix in eighth. The Toro Rosso racer started Sunday's race at Spa just 18th on the grid as a result of a penalty for using his sixth power unit of the season.
