Williams mess costs Bottas likely podium at Spa

Had Williams not goofed up during Valtteri Bottas ' pit stop, the Finn and the team could have been celebrating a podium finish at the Belgian Grand Prix on Sunday. An error at the first round of pit stops for Bottas resulted in him being awarded a drive-through penalty and the rest of the race was damage limitation. The 25-year-old had found himself on the track with three soft tyres and one medium tyre, fitted on the right rear, and consequently in breach of regulations.
