Grosjean sure he would have passed Vettel

– Lotus driver Romain Grosjean says he is "convinced" that he would have passed Sebastian Vettel for third at the Belgian Grand Prix, even if his Ferrari rival did not suffer a late tyre failure.Grosjean was rapidly catching the one-stopping Vettel at the end of last weekend's race, but gained the place on the penultimate lap when Vettel's right-rear tyre exploded through Raidillon."I was closing in pretty quickly and I'd have done everything I could to get past," said Grosjean."He's a pretty tough competitor, but I was very determined at that point."It's only a shame that he did have his tyre issue on track as I was really looking forward to fighting...
