F1 needs to protect classic tracks – Jackie Stewart

Three time F1 world champion, Jackie Stewart is the latest to comment on classic tracks dropping out of the F1 calendar, as Monza remains to have a dull future. Throughout the past few years, constant important circuits have dropped out of the F1 calendar, mainly replaced with new circuits outside Europe such as Abu Dhabi and Singapore. This year saw the German Grand Prix drop out of the F1 calendar, leaving everyone hopeful it would return next year. The Italian Grand Prix seems doubtful to remain on the F1 calendar.
