Renault sign Lotus letter of intent

Renault has made their first steps back to becoming a full works manufacturer in F1 by signing a letter of intent with the Lotus F1 team. The letter states that as long as terms and conditions are met between Renault, Lotus and other interested parties that the deal will go ahead and see Renault F1 back on the grid for 2016.
