Romain Grosjean admits leaving the Lotus F1 Team at the end of the season will be very emotional, especially after being involved with the team for a decade. The Frenchman was agreed a move to the new Haas F1 Team for the 2016 season, and admits it took a lot of thinking to make the move rather than stay for another season with Lotus, which looks increasingly likely they will be the Renault factory team next year.
