Sainz keen for Toro Rosso engine saga to be resolved

Carlos Sainz Jr. remains relaxed about Toro Rosso's uncertain future in Formula 1, but is keen for the team to resolve its engine supply saga soon so that it can push on with developing the 2016 car. Following Red Bull's decision to split with engine supplier Renault at the end of 2015, both of its teams in F1 – Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Toro Rosso – are currently without a power unit deal for 2016. Talks with Ferrari are ongoing, and the Italian marque appears to be the only possible option for Red Bull going forwards due to Mercedes and Honda's reluctance to increase their customer numbers.
