Top Ten Tuesday – 10 Retired Drivers Who Couldn't Resist Testing

This week's Top Ten Tuesday looks at ten drivers who had retired from Formula 1, only to come back later to test more modern machinery. Some even came back to race again. In no particular order, here are ten such tests. _ 10. Aguri Suzuki, Bridgestone test – 1997. Famously the first Asian driver to score a podium, Aguri Suzuki's F1 career never again reached the heights it did when he scored P3 at his home race at Suzuka, Japan in 1990. Driving for Larrousse, Footwork & Jordan over the next few years, Suzuki retired from F1 in 1995.
