Jenson Button's Upgraded Engine Delayed

McLaren Honda woes continue as the season begins to close. Fernando Alonso will face a 35 place grid penalty in Sochi for power unit changes. This was due to McLaren’s upgraded engine unit which used their last remaining engine tokens. His teammate, Jenson Button, is even more unlucky. Button will most likely have to wait until the Mexican Grand Prix . The team and Alonso ran the upgraded package in FP1, which induced a 25 spot grid penalty, before switching back to the previously used system for FP2.
