Lewis Hamilton's immense talent may have thrown McLaren off course when it came to the development of young talent, according to former long-time McLaren test driver Pedro de la Rosa, who was already at the Woking team when Hamilton made his F1 debut in 2007. 'When I saw him make his debut, I realised that he was very special,' the Spaniard, now 44, said in an interview with El Mundo.
