Mercedes AMG Petronas Lewis Hamilton says he wanted to attempt a different strategy to Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg in a bid to win the Brazilian Grand Prix. Hamilton trailed Rosberg at Interlagos but wanted to deviate from the three-stop approach in what he called a 'boring' race.
