Rosberg on sixth straight pole for 2015 finale

CLICK HERE for full Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Qualifying times Nico Rosberg will start the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix season finale from a sixth consecutive pole position after a dazzling qualifying effort under the Yas Marina Circuit floodlights. The German trailed team-mate Lewis Hamilton in both Q1 and Q2, but simply saved his best for last when it mattered in Q3 as he got the better of his Mercedes counterpart on both super-soft tyre laps. Indeed, the 2015 F1 runner-up appeared to be meeting his match as Hamilton – using a fresher engine than Rosberg – headed up the timesheets in the first two sessions, but an impressive opening effort of 1min 40.738secs in Q3 proved a rapid opening gambit....
