Nico Hulkenberg: “It was a tough race”

Nico Hulkenberg revealed that parts of the season-concluding Abu Dhabi Grand Prix were ‘a struggle’, but the German driver was happy to secure a seventh place finish. The Sahara Force India driver felt the first couple of stints were the most difficult as he suffered with understeer, but was happier in the final stint and was delighted to finish with another good haul of points for the team. 'The race was a bit of a struggle at times, and I had a hard job on my hands,” said Hulkenberg. “The start was pretty good – everyone went to the inside so I stuck to the outside.
