Dennis clarifies comments on Alonso sabbatical

McLaren boss Ron Dennis has clarified comments he made on Fernando Alonso potentially taking a sabbatical. The Woking-based outfit rekindled its partnership with Honda for the 2015 season, but reliability issues and a lack of power meant it was a tough year. Talking to media at the Yas Marina Circuit over the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend, Dennis said Alonso would definitely end his career at McLaren, but he suggested the two-time champion could take a year off in 2016.
