Ericsson relaxed over Sauber car delay

– Marcus Ericsson says it is "not ideal" that Sauber's 2016 car won't be ready in time for the opening pre-season test, but is sure that the team can still utilise its time wisely.Sauber confirmed last week that its C35-Ferrari will not make its debut until the second group gathering, which begins at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on March 1.Sauber will attend the first test, from February 22-25, with last year's C34, sporting a 2016 colour scheme, and Ericsson is confident that the team will not be left on the back foot."It is clear that it is not optimal, but we can get some work done, not least to gather data from the tyres but also to test some new components...
