Testing Debrief – Rounding up the Paul Ricard test

Paul Ricard – Read how Ferrari, McLaren & Red Bull fared in the two day wet tyre test in the south of France. The test was specially organised to allow Pirelli to gain more knowledge relevant for their wet tyre compounds. Three teams elected to take part, with Ferrari, McLaren & Red Bull shipping a car each to the state of the art testing circuit once used as the venue for the French Grand Prix. Pirelli set out the testing program for each car, with the teams running unmarked tyres and no knowledge of what exactly was fitted to their car.
