Red Bull Racing's 2012 Formula 1 World Championship-winning RB8 car took part in a scrum down against Bath Rugby. The Milton Keynes based Formula 1 team accepted the worlds first challenge set by the rugby club and using a specially-altered scrum machine the RB8 was able to push against the Bath Rugby's first string pack, with the battle commencing at the club's elite Farleigh House training ground. “It’s not every day you get to do something like that,' said Bath's Henry Thomas.
