New McLaren & Sauber cars pass FIA crash tests

The latest offerings from both teams have passed their mandatory crash tests. McLaren announced on Twitter that their new MP4-31 has passed FIA homologation by getting through the stringent crash test. The car will be launched on the day before F1 testing begins, on February 21st. They said: 'Oi dummy! You can relax now. Why? Because the McLaren-Honda MP4-31 has passed all its crash tests. Next up: testing.' While the Woking team appear ready to tackle 2016 on schedule, Sauber are a little behind. Despite also passing their crash test on Monday, their new C35 will not appear at the first test in Barcelona. It is expected to be rolled out for the second test on the following week. Oi dummy!...
