– Formula 1 testing is sometimes an opportunity for teams to introduce different ideas away from a Grand Prix weekend. GPUpdate.net reflects on some liveries which were only used during the pre-season.1999 – BAR British American Tobacco acquired Tyrrell and the services of 1997 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve for its debut campaign in 1999.
