Kimi’s challenging title defence

2007 world champion Kimi Raikkonen’s title defence initially looked promising with the Finn winning two of the first four races, including the Spanish Grand Prix on this date eight years ago. However, that would be the Ferrari ace’s final victory in 2008, as his performance slumped and team-mate Felipe Massa emerged as the Scuderia’s main threat in the Drivers’ championship.
