Lewis Hamilton says he is satisfied with the performance of his Mercedes ahead of the Russian Grand Prix as he topped FP2 despite several spins over the course of the day. The defending champion initially trailed team-mate Nico Rosberg in the first session of the weekend around the Sochi Autodrom by eight tenths, suffering several off-track moments and a spin as he – along with other drivers – struggled to find grip in the chilly conditions. Suffering another turn around in FP2, Hamilton was nonetheless up to speed on his supersoft tyre lap, stopping the clock at 1min 37.583secs, putting him seven tenths clear of the Sebastian Vettel and nine tenths up on the traffic-hampered Rosberg....
