Nasr excited to return to scene of ‘great race’

Sauber driver Felipe Nasr hopes he can build on the “great race” he had at last year’s Monaco Grand Prix to enjoy a positive weekend during the 2016 edition of the iconic event. Competing in his debut F1 season in 2015, the Brazilian secured a strong ninth-place finish around the narrow streets of Monaco, then making it three top-10 appearances in six races. Fast forward 12 months and Sauber heads to Monte Carlo scoreless and amid financial difficulties, but Nasr will not let that dampen his enthusiasm. “The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the best races on the calendar,” the 23-year-old said. “The track on the narrow streets of Monte Carlo is a real challenge...
