Vettel quickest in final Monaco GP practice as grid closes up

Sebastian Vettel put in the quickest time for Ferrari in final practice for the 2016 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix. The German driver moved to the front on the ultra-soft tyre towards the end of the session with a 1:14.650, finishing just 0.018 seconds ahead of Lewis Hamilton. The Mercedes driver set the pace early on before dropping back. A late fast lap saw him just miss out on the top spot in FP3. Nico Rosberg was a further tenth down in third. Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen were the leaders at the mid-way point but failed to find a clear run on their fast ultra-soft laps.
