Red Bull, Toro Rosso secure Renault power for 2017, 2018

Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Toro Rosso will use a supply of Renault engines for the 2017 and 2018 F1 season, it has been confirmed. A rekindling of relationship for the Red Bull fold after Toro Rosso switched to year-old Ferrari engines for the 2016 season, the deal will see at least three teams on the 2017 grid use Renault engines along with the factory team. Announced ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix, where Red Bull starts on its first pole position since 2013, the revived deal marks a turnabout in relations between Red Bull and Renault following a public fallout during the 2015 season.
