Baku City Circuit receives first test run

– Euroformula Open driver Gulhuseyn Abdullayev has become the first driver to sample racing machinery around the Baku City Circuit ahead of its debut on the Formula 1 calendar next month.Local driver Abdullayev, 19, completed four laps of the new venue in the old specification GP3 Series car, as preparations ramp up for the European Grand Prix."The Baku City Circuit consists of a combination of both slow and fast turns," he said, after sampling the layout."In general, this track has a very unique layout.
