FIA moves to reward 'safer' drivers

– Drivers who avoid collecting penalty points in FIA-organised categories will be rewarded with points towards their Formula 1 Super Licences, the governing body has announced.New regulations were introduced regarding Super Licences at the start of last year, following Max Verstappen's rise to Formula 1, the Dutchman making his debut at the age of 17.Developing drivers are now required to hold a valid driving licence, be 18 or over and have amassed sufficient experience and success in other championships – currently 40 points.Following the latest meeting of the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) in Turin, the FIA outlined its safety tweaks, which could earn drivers an extra two...
