The FIA has introduced a 'three strikes' rule in the Hungarian Grand Prix race for drivers abusing track limits, as it continues its clampdown. As Motorsport.com reported yesterday, motor racing's governing body has already told drivers that there will be a zero tolerance approach to the matter in qualifying.
