Kimi Raikkonen: “Today we did our maximum”

Kimi Raikkonen finished the Hungarian Grand Prix in sixth having started down in fourteenth following his disappointing qualifying display, but felt he could have finished higher but for the rugged defensive driving by Max Verstappen. The Scuderia Ferrari driver was critical of the driving standards of Verstappen as the two battled for fifth around the Hungaroring, and felt that had he found a way past the Red Bull Racing driver he could have closed the gap down to his team-mate Sebastian Vettel and to the second Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo. “Today my car was really good and behaving well, we had the speed, but obviously this is not the easiest place to overtake,” said Raikkonen....
