Button urges common sense over radio clampdown

McLaren Honda McLaren's Jenson Button has urged the FIA to use common sense regarding radio messages after he was penalised during the Hungarian Grand Prix. Button ran inside the top 10 during the initial stages of the race but a brake problem slowed his cause, and he was informed by McLaren to make a switch on his steering wheel. McLaren serviced Button soon after informing him of his problem, but the FIA nonetheless handed him a drive through penalty after deeming that the message had breached regulations.
