Sauber F1 Team Marcus Ericsson says Sauber's new owners have allowed the team to increase its development, as it bids to recover from a dismal first half of 2016. Sauber has yet to score a point and props up the Constructors' Championship, with the C35-Ferrari featuring only minor updates since pre-season testing in March.
