Enstone 'refreshed' after Renault return

– Renault technical chief Bob Bell says the manufacturer's long-term plan is in progress, commenting that facilities at its Enstone base have been "refreshed" across the course of the year.Renault confirmed late last year that it would return to Formula 1 as a full works team for the 2016 season, taking over the Lotus team it previously owned from 2002 to 2010.Renault has scored only six points during the campaign so far, all courtesy of Kevin Magnussen at the Russian Grand Prix, but Bell is optimistic that the outfit is heading in the right direction."Since Renault returned we have had increased investment flowing into the team," he said."Some tired...
