Verstappen leads Red Bull 1-2 in second practice

Red Bull Racing Max Verstappen edged out Red Bull team-mate Daniel Ricciardo to set the pace in the second practice session ahead of the Belgian GP as rivals Mercedes chose not to register a representative lap time. Verstappen's impressive 1:48.085 on the supersoft tyres saw him finish over two tenths clear of Ricciardo, although the Dutchman did encounter power unit issues towards the end of the session. Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez were third and fifth fastest respectively, with Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel sandwiched between the Force India pair on an encouraging Friday for the Silverstone outfit.
