Sainz Jr. rues puncture after 'best start'
– Carlos Sainz Jr. says debris from the collisions on the opening lap of the Belgian Grand Prix caused a puncture which forced him out, after making "one of the best starts of my life".Sainz Jr. lined up only 14th on the grid as Toro Rosso struggled for pace at Spa-Francorchamps, but moved comfortably inside the top 10 during a dramatic opening lap.However, Sainz Jr. suffered a right-rear tyre failure the next time around along the Kemmel Straight, and he was pitched into a spin as he rounded Les Combes.Sainz Jr. ultimately parked his STR11 at Rivage, with the damage sustained to the rear of his car too severe for the Spaniard to continue in the race."How frustrating...
