Force India team principal Bob Fernley believes that Fernando Alonso should have allowed Nico Hulkenberg to pass when the pair found themselves side by side heading down the pitlane at the Belgian GP Alonso touched the rear of Hulkenberg’s Force India as he looked to edge ahead after the pair pitted after 23 laps of the race.
