Stoffel Vandoorne has only scored eight points this season compared to team mate Fernando Alonso’s 32, which has led to some speculation over his position in the team. The 26-year old Belgian has scored points at three races this season but has finished no higher than eighth. He retired in the most recent race in Spain and is hoping to stay out of trouble to get a good result in Monaco. “In Monaco, the whole race weekend is about staying out of trouble.
