Did Formula 1's first ever triple header work?

Silverstone marked the final chapter of sports first ever tripleheader. All involved, including us journalists, come out of it feeling very tired. But was it successful? It covered three very popular venues, with plenty of fans visiting. We had the fans who missed the watching F1 in France, the Dutch fans in Austria, and the passionate British crowd at Silverstone. But really, it wasn't about the fans, it was more about location. The logistics team had to drive across Europe and back within three weeks. Spare a thought for those guys.
