De Ferran on McLaren problems

Recently appointed sporting director of McLaren, Gil de Ferran opens up on what needs to change at McLaren. De Ferran's appointment was made in the wake of Eric Boullier's resignation as racing director from the Woking side. He started his role in July and has recently had his first race weekend with the team at Silverstone. "I think Zak (Brown) actually outlined the whole thing really well," De Ferran said to The Checkered Flag.
