Brawn: Engine manufacturers will have to share data with newcomers

Formula 1 boss Ross Brawn has revealed that engine manufacturers will have to share their technology with newcomers when the 2021 rule changes come into place. With Formula One planning such a dramatic overhaul for the 2021 season - it obviously takes its time. But talks have already taken place and there are plans in action already. When the pre-season testing in Barcelona takes place in February; Brawn has revealed there will be a snap-shot to the future.
