McLaren's Carlos Sainz says it's wrong to criticize Formula 1's new aero regulations without first putting them through the test. In a bid to promote closer racing and help facilitate overtaking, F1 has ushered for this season a series of aero tweaks, but the changes haven't received much support so far.
