Ricciardo seals first points with Renault: 'It's good to get on the board'

Daniel Ricciardo secured in Shanghai his first championship points with Renault, but the Aussie conceded that there was still "a lot of work to do". Ricciardo ran a consistent race from seventh on the grid to finish in the same position, relying on a one-stop strategy that unfolded without any drama. "First points, it's good to get on the board, good to finish the race, we've been looking for that in the last couple, it was nice," said the Renault driver. "We'll take the positives and try and build on that.
