F1's 2021 car rules may be signed off in June, says Horner

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner believes that Formula 1's official 2021 car rules can now be signed off in June, despite calls for a delay to finalise the changes. F1 is set to introduce a major overhaul in two years' time, but there have been some concerns about an early release of the plans, that could give the top teams an advantage to prepping themselves for the change in regulations. Horner was behind a push to delay the finalisation of the rules until December because of that reason.
