Le Mans: Lovely liveries

The 87th 24 Hours of Le Mans is a particularly colourful edition with teams drawing inspiration from all realms to present eye-catching liveries. Did the pink pig set a trend? Last year, the 911 RSR driven by Kévin Estre, Michael Christensen and Laurens Vanthoor sported a pink pig livery that lauded the 1971 Porsche 917/20. Not content to be a pretty face, the car won LMGTE Pro, adding success to its immense popularity. Several teams have followed suit and there are no less than fifteen special liveries this year.
