Ferrari requests review of Vettel's Canadian GP penalty

Ferrari has submitted a request for the FIA to review Sebastian Vettel's controversial penalty during Formula 1's Canadian Grand Prix. Vettel was handed a five-second time penalty for rejoining the track in an unsafe manner ahead of Lewis Hamilton, who went on to record his fifth victory of the season after Vettel's time penalty dropped him from first place to second.  Ferrari initially highlighted its dissaproval of the decision to penalise Vettel with a formal appeal and has now asked the stewards to look at the incident again.  While the official result could not be appealed, the Scuderia has referred to Article 14.1.1 of the International Sporting Code, which enables a post-event...
