Verstappen's view on F1 rules: 'A bit of 'wheel banging' can't hurt'

Sebastian Vettel's penalty has put the current Formula 1 rules under the microscope. The result of Ferrari's appeal will be heard on Friday afternoon after they present new evidence. Max Verstappen has revealed his opinion on both the individual incident and the rules as a whole. Verstappen, 21, shows off his classic racing mentality. “I don't think he was doing anything crazy when he came back on track. He was not deliberately blocking Lewis.
