Sainz feels McLaren are 'going forward' following strong French Grand Prix

Carlos Sainz has expressed his satisfaction with being the fourth fastest car on the grid, following a very satisfying result for the McLaren team which saw both cars finish inside points at the French Grand Prix. Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris finished sixth and tenth respectively with Norris dropping from seventh to P10 on the final lap of the race after he was hampered by a hydraulic issue. Sainz meanwhile was able to climb from seventh in qualifying to finish P6 in a very pleasing result for the team as they established themselves as the front runners for best of the rest this season.
