More changes to the grid! George Russell starts from the pits

George Russell will now start from the pits for the Austrian Grand Prix. The Williams mechanics needed to change the front wing spec overnight and therefore they're forced to start Russell from the pitlane.  The grid ahead of Sunday's race continues to get a shakeup. A large number of drivers, including Lewis Hamilton, will not start from their qualifying position after picking up penalties. Russell was already on a penalty after blocking Daniil Kvyat's flying lap during Q1. The British driver was already placed at the back of the grid with teammate Robert Kubica.
