Carlos Sainz opens up on relationship with Lando Norris

Carlos Sainz believes that his strong relationship with teammate Lando Norris is beneficial for the team and is helping both drivers develop. Both drivers push each other but have a good relationship of the track which is helping McLaren's quest for performance.  “We are both enjoying it,” Sainz said to Top Gear. “We came into the team with the same philosophy of ‘let’s help, between you and me, to move this team forward’. It comes naturally to get on well with a guy like him.
