FIA reveal 'massive' change to make F1 overtaking 90% easier in 2021

The FIA has confirmed that Formula 1 cars in 2021 will once again use 'ground effect' aerodynamics, which it is hoped will improve the chances of overtaking by 90%. 'Ground effect' has not been seen in F1 since 1983, when it was banned for safety reasons after a series of big crashes, including those which took the lives of Gilles Villeneuve and Riccardo Paletti.
